About this campground

Río Encantado is a campground located in the quiet town of El Novillo, Sonora, where outdoor life blends with the serenity of a river flowing between palms, stones, and hidden trails. This destination was born as a refuge for those seeking adventure, rest, and a true connection with nature. From the moment you cross its entrance, the sound of water becomes your soundtrack: the nearby river, refreshing under the Sonoran sun, invites you to walk slowly, explore, or simply contemplate the landscape from your tent, camp, or fire area.
